I recently had the opportunity to work at Siemens for a probationary period, and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. While I had high hopes for a fruitful and fulfilling career with the company, my time there was marred by a lack of support and unfair treatment. During the six-month probationary period, I faced numerous challenges. Despite my eagerness to contribute and take on responsibilities, I was consistently given minimal tasks and, at times, none at all. This left me feeling undervalued and underutilized as if my potential was ignored.I feel compelled to share my experience on this platform, as it is crucial for potential job seekers to have a comprehensive understanding of the work environment they may encounter at Siemens. I hope my review will encourage the company to reflect on its management practices and provide a fairer and more supportive working environment for future employees.
