uses Slack for everything, obviously great work-life balance clear expectations in eng IC career ladder

Cons

more and more Salesforce corporate policies eroding the old Slack people-first culture I've felt disengaged with executive leadership since the departure of Cal Henderson

Front and second line management is fantastic. Pay and benefits are solid. Good work-life balance. Lots of opportunity for advancement/career exploration

Cons

Salesforce's aggressive sales tactics angere customers. Product vision and development has slowed and shifted in favor of Salesforce. Pricing structure makes it hard to sell. Salesforce is a hype machine that claims to be at the forefront of everything when it's not in many cases so you have to learn to step back and look at things with a critical eye. Prod
