      Good engineering experience if you're willing to sell your soul, and they pay high salary

      Cons

      Horrible toxic leadership, warped abuse of company rules and values to justify putting others down to get ahead, unhealthy approach to reviews that pin colleages up against eachother, shaming people for using their benifits, the only way to get ahead is to play leadership at their own dirty game

      Pros

      Snap truly upholds their values of being Kind, Smart, Creative. Well compensated, great benefits. The culture is truly unbeatable. First company I’ve worked at where I feel supported by my team.

      Cons

      The days are long during the busy time every month. Sometimes it’s unclear what the companies rationale for making decisions is and the avoidance of committing to a clear policy for remote work is frustrating. Lastly, promotion opportunities seem hard to come by due to the size of the company still being fairly small compared to other tech companies.
