      Worst Manager I've ever met

      Pros

      Compensation was good before the stock sank.

      Cons

      The manager was newly converted from IC and didn't know how to help people. And other people in the team were also relative new. Everyone was super busy and minded their own stuff. Onboarding was nightmare. There were all Chinese male but me in my team. I do not suggest anyone to join.

      Good team relationships, team council sessions to feel connected to your team

      Cons

      Can feel like the left hand isn’t talking to the right hand so to speak. But this getting better and less Silos are being formed, more collaboration is happening all the time
