      Pros

      Snapchat offers really good benefits once you are hired as a full time (medical, Lyra mental health, 401k match)

      Cons

      Your experience and professional goals are going to be very much depending on the team you’re working and who is your manager. Some teams will be extremely overworked while others are not really doing anything (this is mainly a leadership issue).

      - Great Benefits - Lots of team building events - Easy to collaborate with cross functional teams - Getting the opportunity to work with many talented individuals

      Cons

      - Lack of direction on how to monetize product - Lots of wasted effort on projects that eventually got canceled - Eventually got laid off with my department of 200 people due to poor marketing and wasteful spending trying to promote and build the product
