      Pros

      Friendly environment, good benefits, a flexible work schedule, and great professionals to work with.

      Cons

      The promotion process is not open enough, employees who work at offices in some countries get fewer benefits and attention than employees from more developed countries. Some managers leave much to be desired but it could happen in any company.
