      Pay is decent compared to competitors

      Cons

      Chasing too many rabbits and there is no clear vision or goal So many managers. No real work gets done. Managers are oblivious to the development work and just work to improve their imaginary performance numbers. Quality of the product is very bad and engineers use any excuse to not fix something
