      * Small team * Well funded * Intelligent and dedicated coworkers * Huge impact on product that has pretty large user base * Work out of a beach house * Salary competitive to large tech companies - not a startup salary * Lage equity grants * Good connections * Office is on Venice beach - balcony gives great view of the ocean * Vision is inspiring

      * Beach house can be distracting * Lot of work - some social sacrifices need to be made * Lot of responsibility over product - stressful at times

      There are no pros. Do not work here it's a waste of your time, energy and career.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero prioritization or care for personal development. The issue of the day, which may come from any department having a particular issue at any given moment, will be your task of the day. There are some serious ego trips being had by people in positions of authority and it all comes trickling down from the C level. The company is to be revered and assigned cult like status and importance. If you hear someone yelling or crying in a conference room, look the other way.

      I have been here 3.5 years and I have never had a review or conversation about my career growth. I have had 6 managers. Don't feel valued .
