      Pros

      The idea of Venice and Santa Monica are cool. Los Angeles is a pretty cool place to visit.

      Cons

      Not enough technical people at the top. Lack of quality discovery for extremely important public facing projects. Lack of direct management on tasks capable of not being completed. Was told "because Evan said so" often.

      Unprofessional management Not even a days notice before laying off over half of the team Strange work environment No way to work yourself up No benefits on contract workers You are treated like you are not important to the team and can be replaced easily Weird working hours (4a-12p, 8p-4a)

      Pros

      There is a cool and very open environment which enables you to collaborate well with your coworkers. The people are fun to work with, and the perks are great (fully-stocked kitchen).

      Cons

      The hours were very random, and sometimes ran from midnight until 6am, or 6am until noon. Also the fun atmosphere sometimes made it hard to focus and get work done.
