      the pay and benefits. some of the fine folks that worked there

      everything else - incompetent and toxic manager that left the team and still managed temporarily, lack of support from upper management and team members, sink or swim mentality, junior level people making senior level decisions, mostly poor work/life balance, ridiculously over engineered automation and tools, disgusting lack of empathy from teammates

      There are no pros. Do not work here it's a waste of your time, energy and career.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero prioritization or care for personal development. The issue of the day, which may come from any department having a particular issue at any given moment, will be your task of the day. There are some serious ego trips being had by people in positions of authority and it all comes trickling down from the C level. The company is to be revered and assigned cult like status and importance. If you hear someone yelling or crying in a conference room, look the other way.
