Pros

-great coworkers -benefits are covered 100% -free food The vibe and perks at this company was at its peak pre-IPO. It's been on a steady decline ever since and you could feel the pressure with having to live up to wall street expectations which is stressful. The pay is okay but not great. The only real bright spot here are the people you get to work with who are amazing (although there were a few backstabbers willing to drive the bus over you just to get ahead, but you'll find those at almost any company).

Cons

-management team -expect to work longggggg hours This place is basically a startup that is disguised as a public company with recent college grads who have no idea how to run a business esp the CEO. If you enjoy a company with structure and thought out processes, this is not the place for you. To future applicants: just be cautious with your offer and don't be tempted by the attractive sign on bonus that vests over a significant period of time.

Pros

-Frequent innovation with quick release cycles -Free food (2x daily), snacks -Good benefits, health care paid for by employer

Cons

-AWFUL managers. Many have been there since the IPO and are not fit to lead and manage the teams they are in charge of day to day -Knee jerk reactions to everything -Not competitive in pay, increases at review cycles are pitiful (1-3%) -No work/life balance. They take advantage of their staff with on call schedules and an assumption you'll work 7 days a week.
