      Pros

      The people and culture. Everyone is so smart. Everyone is so willing to help each other out for the better of the company. It was great being around everyone and the company culture was amazing. They really take care of their employees and it was a great experience.

      Cons

      When I was working there, transparency was an issue. A lot of things are moving in the background in your own department that people are unaware of until the very last minute.

      One of the best when it comes to AR jobs. Those who complain usually have an overblown ego and sub-par skill

      Pros

      Some of the best tech when it comes to AR, fast paced, select teams have amazing talent, lots of opportunities for cross-team collaboration, great benefits package, above average compensation if you're a skilled specialist, stock options.

      Cons

      Some teams have a lot of recent college grads, who might have high technical skill but no real world experience. It's a job, you have to show up and do the work :)
