Pros

Free food and gym on campus:) Okay benefits.

Cons

Everything is a con, terrible leadership, awful backstabbing co-workers. I would highly discourage anyone to consider joining Snap in 2019 and beyond. This place is sinking fast. Also, for the pay it's not worth dealing with bullying managers.

Pros

Pays for your gym Pays for your lasik (2000$)

Cons

Don't ever join this team called MDP. If they call you for that team, stay far away. This team is filled with some of the most vicious people who will churn you out and beat you up. The goal post change every week. There are many daily meetings and you need to be there even if there is nothing to contribute. If you don't bother other people about things you are not trying hard enough. Managers micro-manage you and ask you where you are. Managers ask you to work over weekends. Managers ask you to work late night. If you deviate with what the manager says, you will pay dearly for it.

Pros

- Compensation is competitive - Fast innovation cycles

Cons

- Stock is at an all time low and anyone who joined in the past four years is not happy (Most have a strike price of $16 pre IPO). - Top/Senior talent is leaving in droves and is not being replenished - Horrible office politics, the closer you get to core product the worse it gets - Benefits/Perks being cut back at astonishingly fast rates - Offices no longer located on the beach - Office morale is at an all time low - Innovation is slowing down and we are on a track to clone Instagram features/design - Arrogant CEO who gets his way even when data says otherwise because he surrounded himself with his close friends
