      Pros

      Depth of experience in team and a wide range of tech across the company. Company is for the most part, employee focused and management demonstrate the right kind of leadership.

      Cons

      Lots of moving parts and competing company objectives and priorities. This can make seemingly simple tasks, more complex. This is unsurprising given the vastness of the company.

      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      I worked in the Londkn office of the firm during the final COVID-19 period. Amazing team with relaxed, albeit extremely ambitious individuals across the whole company in its various offices. A true sport culture within the firm with TVs in the office showing aome kind of sport. HR was making a true effort to bring everyone back into the office- free breakfast, free lunch, free drinks.

      Nothing to point out. I joined an intelligence team that was fairly young so they were still learning how to move forward as a company
