Pros

Some intelligent people working here. International company Some good benefits - health discounts, occasion sports tickets and opportunities to travel

Cons

Too many products and too many egos. All the CEO and senior management care about is earnings and the stock price, at the expense of employees. The work gets repetitive after a while, no clear direction or path for progression. However, it’s the people side of Sportradar (or lack thereof) that is the worst thing about working here. The CEO and management don’t understand work-life balance, which trickles down to even junior employees being expected to work around the clock for little in return. Micromanagement is rife, employee office attendance is tracked and timed, your family and personal life will be disregarded for non-urgent work calls and meetings. You’re expected to just get in line and do as you’re told. Problematic employees aren’t dealt with sufficiently, staff turnover is high - if a member of senior management doesn’t like you, you’re out the door. Stress and burnout are high. Lots of discontent across offices and a lot of employees are just waiting for the opportunity to leave.
