Pros

1. Global Company - having the opportunity to coordinate and corroborate with different nationalities and background. Something that a local HR won't experience if not employed in a global company. 2. Supportive Executives - for as long as you are doing your job right and staying TRUE to it, Executives will support you. But ofcourse it is a given that you do it excellently, truthfully and with INTEGRITY. 3. Limitless opportunities. 4. Offers challenges where an employee can't say he's bored. I have never been bored since I joined in July 2015. There is always something new. Challenges are fresh and it provides balance. This way, I personally continue to grow and learn. 5. Benefits are fine for me but for other colleagues who usually compare the company to other BPO companies, they are asking for : tax shield (Though I wont agree), transpo allowance, free parking, meal allowance, clothing allowance, health insurance to their dependents too, others go as far as 14th month pay, one manager wants to work from home. 6. Use of state of the art technology and a company that is all about sports

Cons

1. As a global company it is also a concern how to implement global policies. Colleagues want to be referred to as Sportradar employee rather than Datacentric Corp 2. Crab Mentality culture is evident here in Manila. It is a shame but it is a fact. People love to assume and believes that what they assumed is true. They like to gossip. Even some managers here lead the gossiping and crab mentality culture. 3. It is like kindergarten here, rules have to be imposed consistently. There should always be someone checking other wise productivity, quality, efficiency drops. Even some managers here needs to be checked on when they should be helping the Management in this area. 4. It might not be in all cases but might be that because we are a global company, a big organization at that, at times announcements on changes are set aside. This is a MUST here in Manila, because in this way assumptions and gossips will be minimized.
