Company Operates Like a Rudderless Ship

free snacks, hybrid set up, stock RSU's

Cons

No direction, ever changing focus, low pay, devoid of real leadership in most divisions, micro managed, groups operate in silos, as much as they promote team work, thats not really the case. Very exclusionary and not forward thinking for a self proclaimed "start up sports tech company". Deep down, they are really a data provider.
