Nice office mates, very interesting topics, lots of sports. Easygoing job and very good senior management.

Cons

Absolutely no experience in Data Science. Managers without experience in the field (asking about Spark: why is this screen black?) reminding the team to wear shoes in the email. Massive rotation in the team as most of the people are leaving in a year... Very bad IT infrastructure. No idea about machine learning, the most advanced topic is simulations...
