Pros

Free fruits, coffee, cocoa and parking... So at least there is some consideration in terms of the well-being of the employees, but these perks are more marginal. Quarterly dental/sports training compensation of 75 eur

Cons

Low salary, very intensive job with eyes, not enough air in the room (especially if you don't open the window and have employees in the room 24/7), schedule demands very high flexibility (possible night shifts and in general shifts changing all the time)

Pros

Office managers care about the workplace climate and try to change it for the better (even though it is already good). Work with very engaged coworkers. You have a lot of opportunities to learn from others. Plenty of opportunities to chill and think (game-room, etc.).

Cons

There seems to be competition within the company (the different locations), which results in "interesting" decisions. Your input might not be deemed important. Compensation tends to stall at some point. Open plan offices can be detrimental to concentration.

Pros

Getting the opportunity to watch sports and get paid for it is a great opportunity as a student who would be watching sports at home anyway.

Cons

The supervisors can be strict about using your phone or other websites even during commercial breaks and halftime breaks. They give special treatment to long-term employees in these cases as well. You will also end up working the majority of nights and weekends which could be viewed as a pro or a con depending on what else you might like to be doing at the time.
