Pros

Great atmosphere within the team and company. Working with different types of people in different countries and cultures. Wide range of technical and organizational challenges that keep you perfecting your skill set and constantly learning new things.

Cons

Work is mostly sport oriented so you need to be interested in sports, otherwise you can lose interest in the work.
