Pros

Young colleagues, friendly atmosphere, flex time and an arrangment where you can use 1 paid hour a week to work out. Very little pressure, and they are flexible when it comes to taking days off on short notice etc.

Cons

Little stimulating and motivating environment. As an employee I do not get the feeling that I am being listened to. Little room for growing and developing yourself. The pay is not really fantastic. Employees are hardly involved in making decisions. Little fulfillment from the job.

Pros

Large developer community with very skilled people. Given the small size of the city of Trondheim, it is by far the most interesting software development employer the city has to offer. You get a lot of responsibility very early.

Cons

Chaotic and somewhat strict management. Some projects get a lot of detailed management, while others get very little management. Expects that teams learn themselves how all the internal tools for monitoring and such works.
