Pros
Working here has given me the opportunity to be hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, which has really helped me grow professionally. The colleagues are smart, driven, and collaborative—it's a great environment for learning and solving interesting problems together.
Cons
The biggest downside is the constant organizational changes. Reorgs seem to happen too frequently, and it's hard to see a clear, long-term direction. This creates uncertainty and sometimes makes it difficult to stay focused.
