      The people here are genuinely friendly and supportive, which creates a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. The work environment is relatively stress-free, with manageable expectations and minimal pressure on meeting deadlines. While we occasionally face escalations on production issues that can be a bit stressful, the team’s supportive nature helps in navigating these challenges effectively.

      Cons

      It used to be great working in a relaxed and collaborative environment where hierarchy wasn't strongly felt. However, since becoming a public company, multiple layers of hierarchy have been introduced. There have already been two rounds of layoffs, and now the company has implemented a strict return-to-office policy with harsh penalties and no grace period. Many employees suspect this is essentially a third round of layoffs in disguise. Additionally, the enforcement of centralized policies, despite the vastly different conditions in each office, has led to significant unfairness and frustration among the staff.
