Good people to work inside the teams, a lot of enployees with good will to developer good projects

Cons

The leadership is a imature, one of the head of engineering believes that is better to pay extra hours then pass one week preparing and planning the roadmap. One of the engineering manager is toxic and ask reasons about why people is taking dayoff to go to medical or why people is spendinh x hours do something, very micro management behaviour. Also they font care about the well being, the only focus of some “leaders” is what people are doing and how many extra hours developers can do.

Good colleagues, young and fun atmosphere.

Cons

Everything is bad. The top management, leadership, lack of transparency and accountability. Only talks for years and no action. Pay is better in Lidl and Netto compared to this global corporation. There are so many problems they try to hide and pretend they focus is on people, but focus is only on the profits and paying nice checks to stakeholders. Terrible workload, incompetent managers being promoted who have no clue about the teams they manage.
