Used to be better before IPO

Pros

Team is good, people are nice and often help each other. There is pressure but the european mentality of balance between work and personal life still persists. Products to sell are very good and clients usually are open to speak to Sportradar. Constantly offering training.

Cons

since IPO, company made a lot of lay offs, increased pressure to perform and pump the numbers up. Cost cuts, traveling cuts, bonus cuts, etc. Not very diverse. Sportradar is changing a lot, it used to be a more chilled and relaxed environment to work.

Pros

Dealing with lots of genuinely nice people every day. The offices are in a good location and they put on breakfast once a week. Really tech driven environment so you get to deal with cutting edge technologies.

Cons

Hybrid working seems to be moving towards returning to the office. Currently 3 days office/2 home.
