Pros

A dynamic. international work environment, an interesting industry and products. The benefits are quite good.

Cons

In my opinion, the company is struggling to build a healthy and supportive organizational culture. It hires irresponsible people in key positions who think primarily of themselves and their careers, not what's best for the company. Over the past two or three years, truly good leaders have been eliminated and replaced with imitations. This is a very incomprehensible move on the company's part.
