Pros

- Great people to work with - Supervisors are for the most part great - Training team really helps - You get to watch sports - They pay for parking... kinda

Cons

- Kills your social life - Hours are not great, almost all nights and weekends - LDE doesn't get much say it what goes on - College kids are always switching shifts, can hurt your own schedule

- Very international set-up - Company tries to keep Start-Up Spirit - Good atmosphere in offices - Great mix of Sport and IT - Great cooperation between different departments - Extending the client base especially in Media - Open communication from Senior Management about company and its goals

Cons

- too much focus on processes - Getting more bureaucratic and focussing on efficency after many mergers
