      Nothing to add here more just an unhealthy atmosphere, and struggled to find the support needed for a positive work experience.

      Cons

      The lack of effective communication, an unhealthy atmosphere, and I believe leaving is the best decision for my professional growth.

      Recently very micromanaged, too many annoying security procedures, plethora of trainings to do all the time Some people are smart but don't know how to collaborate with the team Company just talks about diversity but the actions don't really show it
