*good place to start a career, you can get a lot of responsibility fast *friendly co-workers *different perks depending on location *growing company *a lot of different and interesting projects/products *market leader
Cons
*senior management tends to delegate too much to lower levels and avoids making solid decisions and implementing them, lacks vision *when you get to average level of competence there is no-one to learn from further as "star" employees tend to leave *below average salaries in many cases.
