Pros
on the very beginning, after joining company as whole, product and business itself.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations towards targets, lay-offs, and constantly changing business structure along with management, overworked leadership and employees. CEO Mr. Koerl isn't behaving very professionally, dull and inappropriate comments are noticeable towards rest of leadership/employees on daily basis, along his `sense of humour` presented during town halls that is very hard to understand for many, generally lacking the class for someone on this level.
