Male dominated office Office locations can sometimes cause communication issues Dependencies on other IT infrastructure can cause issues affecting your own work

Not too demanding tasks (don't know if it's a pro, though). Mostly helpful and easy-going co-workers.

Cons

Salary, robotic job, working in shifts and on weekends.
