      Pros

      this company is good for those they doing sports - you don't need to be professional in some field, if you are sporty' you are hired, and also for those they "want to doin it and doin it well"- here are many people just reading emails; but must mention reg. Diversity this company very supportive for diverse ppl, I never had so many gay colleagues elsewhere - this can be good for someone; it is possible WorkFromHome some days

      if you are not from those they doin --it, you are the "donkey move"one and they will be just telling you what everything you should do; shares only on paper - during 1.5 years I'm here have not seen a buck from shares
