Pros

* international community * above industry average salaries * diverse training opportunities provided

Cons

* not recommended for people who cannot cope with extreme levels of stress (at most times). Due to the recent transformation of the company to an IPO, all processes are undergoing rapid changes, which necessitates extra pro-activeness and long working hours to optimize the systems/processes, built new ones and simultaneously manage the regular activities.

Pros

Dealing with lots of genuinely nice people every day. The offices are in a good location and they put on breakfast once a week. Really tech driven environment so you get to deal with cutting edge technologies.

Cons

Hybrid working seems to be moving towards returning to the office. Currently 3 days office/2 home.

Pros

- Great colleagues - Alot of events at office like darts, ping pong, poker, chess - Social events - Good local managers

Cons

- Convoluted and bad performance rating system that nobody likes, not even managers. Can have a drastic effect on pay and morale - Disconnected leadership in London and above - Better to blend in than to stand out
