      Nothing. Work all time for a bare minimum salary.

      Cons

      Bare minimum salary compared to German standards. For the same position other companies offer max of 800 euros p.m as bonus. But Sportradar only pays 180 euros p.m as bonus. I think it is a joke since after taxes you get only 100 euros or less in hand. Also Work from home is not an option in this company. I mean for minimum wage salary, atleast they could allow employees to work from home but they insist everyone to come to office so that they can micro manage.
