Pros

Great onboarding process Bonus system No pressure Stability Good place to start Decent benefits International environment Doing well is recognized

Cons

Stereotypical corporate culture Unreasonable dislike of remote work Repetitive tasks Sometimes you’re seen as a number, not a person Ask which team you are joining, as the managers and tasks vary, and that makes a big difference For some employees, doing the bare minimum is the standard and is overlooked

Pros

Some remote work available. Friendly, down-to-earth recruiter.

Cons

Some roles may have less assignments available than others. No one's fault. Just the nature of the beast.
