      It’s a sinking ship

      As Synergy Sports, they were acquired by Sport Radar who has more job opportunities at least so people can possibly find a new role.

      Cons

      Incredibly low pay Out of touch in every way Zero leadership Zero career development Nepotism is rampant Products are over promised and under developed leaving front-line teams to bear the brunt of client dissatisfaction with no support “Sales” team is problematic

      Good job for young people

      Sports and Dental benefits. Summer and Christmas events. Good management.

      Cons

      Bad working hours and shifts. Most working on evenings and weekends. Need to plan personal arrangements about 2 months ahead.
