Pros

The company is in need of talented people, so if you feel like you can handle all the stress and technical debts, and know how to motivate everyone to actually want to do some work, this company might be just the one for you. There are still some competent and kind people left in the company. The salary is not insufficient but compared to the amount of responsibility and damage to mental health coming from demoralizing colleagues, probably not worth it after all.

Cons

High turnover rate, and being loyal to the company means being punished by having to train new joiners, who will probably leave the company again in a year or two. Good work is not recognized, you will simply be rewarded with more work. Demand and pressure from multiple directions (managers, non-managers, other departments, and so on). Because a lot of talented people left, now the company is full of unmotivated and junior people, making your job even harder if your success relies on them. Feels like a lot of employees have already quiet-quit their job, getting zero engagements from meetings, and only participate when being asked explicitly a question. Giving someone a task meaning that you need to police them and make sure they will actually do it. Fast pace environment, goals are changing every month, and lack of support, so you end up having to fill in the blanks and do a lot of things outside of your actual skill.
