      In general is okay place to work, but depends in which team/tribe you are you in.

      Cons

      Not same opportunities to grow comparing offices/tribes. Communication top down does not work efficiently. And compensation can be lower than market average

      * a lot of opportunities for carreer growth * relaxed mindset with little pressure * very friendly employees * extremely nice offices

      Cons

      * too many meetings * a lot of processes and regulations that seem redundant due to being a publicly traded company * immature process handling (a lot of processes are in peoples heads) * a lot of context switching for tasks (based on priority)
