Recent employee layoffs globally have been somewhat difficult to understand, given the lack of communicated strategy and direction.

Stibo Systems lack the ability to execute with agility, constantly battling for internal resources and competing priorities. This has a detrimental impact on key people in the business that recognise a lack of leadership, focus and ability to deliver, resulting in those individuals leaving the business. This underinvestment or overstretching of active initiatives, has been chronic for many years and directly resulted in many failed initiatives.

Lacking modern approaches, a leadership team that is moving the product in a less than optimal direction will only see it expend time and money on initiatives that will not leapfrog the competition, merely keep pace with it.
A culture of stability, security and trust has long been a tenant of Stibo Systems values, but that is now challenged by current leadership behaviours and lack of appreciation for cultural differences and sensibilities.
