Cons
1. Penny wise, pound foolish 2. Massive restructuring under progress, without any clear visibility or communication or viable long term planning 3. Extremely political 4. Benefits are not great. Sub-par at best 5. They will do whatever it takes to get your business - whether its right or wrong - over promise and under deliver 8. Be wary of taking any new releases or products. Most are not stabilized until a few months later 9. A good number of managers (many but not all) here do not stand up for their teams. Based on management, other senior managers preferences, a number of employees have been let go without any performance reasons
