      great culture and good place to work, flexibility of work, good colleagues that work much more than written in contracts great customers great growth rate

      Cons

      it is normal that in a company with many employees there are some complexities to master respective communication as stibo is a foundation i got the impression that there is no big difference to a stock company, same pressure and looking to the figures high competitive market in the world related PIM and MDM

      Work-life balance and decent benefits like 401K with company matching. Recently incorporated work place flexibility which was well received across all divisions.

      Cons

      Product is lacking behind the competition, Sr Leadership isn't on the same page, no clear vision and no true leadership on the Executive team.
