- Nice tool to work on. - Few burocracie. - Intercultural company. - Nice facilities. - Working remote is possible, and there used to be some good benefits around personal time management.

Cons

- Clients are not always top companies which will bring a lot of consequences, such as, they are really difficult to deal with. - Salary increase not always clear. - Salary definitions are also unclear, meaning someone with less exp than you can have a higher salary in the same role.

Stibo provide a fantastic arena to build expertise in Data management and technical approach. They have a best in class product to sell and some great minds learn from. Plenty of exposure to clients and to build your knowledge from deploying and developing the product. A company that has wisely invested in their own tools and templates to support the SDLC, end to end

Cons

Stibo has relatively poor remuneration and not much of a benefits package. UK staff are over worked and under resourced and training opportunities are limited. Very little by way of job security. No personnel or support services to speak of and man management is very adhoc and disorganised

Location is good, hours are flexible.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. Employees at HQ in Europe are very rude, I was lied on many times. It was almost unbelievable working there, had to regroup in the bathroom several times a day to gain strength to continue - and I'm a strong person! Worst company I've ever worked for.
