      Pros

      Good location in Kennesaw if you don't have to travel 50% of the time. Good benefits

      Cons

      Company has rapid periods of growth with rapid periods of turnover and negative growth. Job promotions are in title only. The real power and decisions are made by a few inside individuals. Company will throw employees under the bus to lie and save face with a client. Small company-. Company does not like seniority, but will switch out and hire younger less experienced workers at lower wages and hire them out as highly paid consultants

      A hidden Tech gem without the horrible Atlanta traffic. Excellent career growth opportunities. Great work/life balance.

      Pros

      Stibo Systems is an innovative company that is keeping up with the changes and growth in the field of Master Data Management. I feel that there is tremendous room for growth and that for the most part management takes part in providing an avenue so you can reach your greatest potential. The team and company culture is excellent. I do not feel micromanaged. Instead, I feel empowered to contribute and offer my best. Excellent benefits with a 401k match. Great work life balance. Work from home options. Excellent North American HQ location in Kennesaw, Ga. This is great as you get to work from an awesome software company and you don't have to deal with the horrible Atlanta traffic.

      Cons

      Stibo Systems is growing fast and this kind of growth requires smart and strategic changes within an organization. This isn't really a con, it appears that we are growing smart vs. jumping on everything that comes our way.

      Pros

      Stibo Systems is one of the best places that I have ever worked at. They give you the flexibility and support that you need -professionally and personally. They also listen to you and let you try new plans or strategies, even if they may be out of their comfort zone. I would also say that the people you work with here are really great: hardworking, knowledgable, and simply nice. And you definitely learn a lot because you will work hard -and working hard is not a con.

      Cons

      To me there really isn't a downside to working at Stibo Systems. The only frustrating thing that I come across is lack of communication around the product and from other departments time to time (but that happens in every company) and just dealing with the pains that not only come with a fast - growing company, but an international one as well. Stibo Systems is more like family and the employees really care, but sometimes that 'caring' gets in the way because everyone always has an opinion about everything, when they should really just swim in their own lane and focus on their own job.
