Pros

I love how understanding they were to all my needs thought this time. Due to some personal circumstances I could't continue working with the same schedule. I thought I would need to quit, but they offered to take some time off, and after I came back they helped to organise the new schedule, according to my needs.

Cons

All the things that could've been changed in 3 years, were already fixed, so everything is going great now1

Pros

I love this company. Compensation is paid on time, people are professional and responsive, the attitude is good. They built a good people management system. All processes are clear. If I had questions, they were always resolved. I am happy to be a part of SUP.

Cons

Nothing bad, they are good.

Honestly I just really love my job a lot because I get to interact with people on a daily basis, which I love to do by default.

Cons

The only major one is when you have to be always calm around rude customers.
