There is everything for a good job. Compensation is paid on time, there are good and cheerful people in the team, there is growth within the company. I was a consultant, then a senior consultant and now I'm trying to grow further. They value initiative and new ideas, of which I have many 😅

Cons

Everything is decided in a constructive dialogue.

I was lucky with my project and I enjoy it a lot. Not sure about others, but my schedule is perfect, bc I'm also studying

Cons

It's my first experience working remotely, so it took some time to adjust. Now I can't imagine coming back to work in the office
