      The training program is well designed, nice people, compensation is stable and on time.

      Cons

      Many projects have night shifts, but the company recruits people from different countries and time zones, so you can conveniently close night shifts

      Pros

      I was looking for stability and I got it here. I have been working for more than a year and I am confident in my future. I have good colleagues, compensation is always on time, a stable project with a normal flow.

      Pros

      I've been with the team for over 4 years and it's been an amazing journey. The company is growing very rapidly, when I came there were 300 people, and now there are more than 1000. They take part in various eco-events, marathons and volunteering. They change and improve work processes, but they put people first and that's cool!

      Cons

      Everything is fine, you can find a compromise in your issues between the company and the employee
