Pros

I always know what is expected of me, what are my tasks. And most importantly, I feel comfortable enough to reach out and ask questions, make suggestions or simply talk with my SDMs. The open door policy is real and always applied, as far as I've experienced.

Cons

Everyone is compassionate and respectful - we're all different from each other, and that's something that the company acknowledges.

Pros

Definitely the management, and how you feel appreciated and heard by the company. From SDM's to higher management, you're not micro-managed which means you're given trust and having that trust comes with not wanting to betray the given trust, which results in great productivity, bright ideas, amazing communication and overall a great workplace.

Cons

For me, everything is fine.
