Cons
While you work there, you can't work everywhere else in a customer support field. after you finish your career, you won't be able to work for other companies in a similar field for another 2 years. That's illegal, and their lawyers should know that. Micromanagement on a highest levels, zero transparency, and CEO that calls itself an idealist and makes a cult around herself. Penalties for everything. Bring your own device policy turns into "we control your personal computer, explain to us why you installed Photoshop on it". And when your computer isn't working as they please, they'll force you to buy one from your own money, and set everything up as they want. When you ask them for a corporate device, they'll tell you in a corporate language that "oh well, we don't do that". Plus, they offer you to use Payoneer to get your compensation. In my country, it's a green flag for tax evasion. Absolutely zero real benefits. You should be happy to work for them. Night shifts that are billed as a regular shifts (no 1.5x rate, at least). Oh and yeah, no career opportunities. You'll be stuck in one position forever, while people who obide by that cult get promoted from day one. Zero values, hypocrisy on every level, zero communication between team members.
