I like the atmosphere and that I'm not bothered after my shift ends. I can maintain the balance with work and my personal plans afterwards

Cons

You can only create your schedule 2 weeks in advance. I wish it was done on monthly basis

They are teaching everything from the scratch. I've never worked in customer support before, but after I joined, I had a lots of different trainings and learning materials to go through.

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with clients, who don't even want to listen to your advise :)
