- Treated as a human, not disposable pawn - Management that listen to your complaint, and take them seriously and provide changes depending on the employee feedback, not force you to abide by a rule that doesn't work -Competitive salary -Growth opportunities -Friendly and eco-friendly environment

Cons

-Not a lot of Cons, aside from in rare cases you will need to work a late shift, but other that I haven't experienced cons
